While our focus on Acquisition, Development, Property and Asset Management has remained consistent over the past 50 years, the priority of these services has evolved. As the company has successfully retained properties long-term, the emphasis has shifted from Acquisition and Development, which was key in our early years, to optimizing the assets that are already in our stewardship responsibility through a targeted approach to property and asset management.

We greatly value our long-term landlord/tenant relationships, some spanning 10, 20 and 30+ years. Over time we have found that owning well located properties for extended periods often reveals opportunities for value enhancement. We prioritize stewarding our existing assets, adhering to a philosophy of stewarding the assets that you own first and maximizing each asset’s potential for the benefit of both ownership and tenants.

While we remain open to the right development or acquisition opportunities, we are highly selective and strategic in our approach. Additionally, we have provided Property and Asset Management services to third-party property owners, where long-standing relationships or mutual benefits exist.
